Clarification about Invitationals on Fridays:
There is no written rule about gymnasts being allowed a refund because their scheduled session is on Friday.  We have attempted to alleviate this issue by asking meet hosts to publish their final schedule prior to the scratch deadline, which would allow gymnasts to scratch within the allotted time frame if there is a personal conflict.  It is unfair to create a rule within our state when so many clubs are willing to fly to a travel meet and have their gymnasts compete on Fridays; remember, for some clubs, the MA invitationals are their travel meet.
